Therapeutic Massage
I offer an integrative, therapeutic massage that is based on a combination of my knowledge of the body, intuition, and a treatment plan that my clients and I create at the onset of our time together. I draw from many modalities including LoveLight PURE Healing Massage, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Massage w/Energy, and Shiatsu.

Thai Massage
Thai massage is the perfect anecdote to a stiff, inflexible body or for anyone who is craving more space and movement in their joints. Thai massage uses ancient stretching and massaging techniques to leave you feeling free and relaxed. Each session is performed fully clothed on a mat on the floor. The client should wear loose, comfortable clothing during the session. I will utilize palming, thumbing, forearm, and stretching techniques and may also use thai herbal compresses, thai cupping, or thai scrapping. We will work together to create a treatment plan prior to your massage to ensure your needs are met.

QUANTUM HEALING / LIGHT BODY ENLIGHTENMENT
LoveLight Mind/Body/Soul Touch
Working with the energy of the light body, specific areas of the head and body are gently held for shifting energy with the soul. It is peaceful and relaxing and often people are brought into a higher vibration for healing and shifting. This session takes place on the massage table wearing loose or comfortable clothing. Complementary Aromatherapy can be included.

Shamanic Energy Healing
The ancient and beloved Shaman are the Earth Keepers, the Seers, and the healers. They heal through ancient practices, handed down from generation to generation, and with great reverence for Mother Earth, the animal spirit, Father Sun, Grandmother Moon, the stars, the cosmos, and life itself. The Shamans utilize ancient tools to help their patients rewire the brain and their thoughts, clear and strengthen the body, and enliven and ignite the spirit.
My training with Ray and Nina Crist from the Jaguar Path, in 2018 was deeply healing and a meaningful part of my own spiritual journey. I learned tools handed down from the Incan Shaman and received the Pampo Mesaiok Lineage Initiation, to share these tools and healings with others.
